How do I install a vst plugin to Musescore 3?

I do some orchestrations for my youtube channel and I wanted to make them with a higher quality.

You can't. MuseScore is a notation program, not a DAW. But you can configure MS to send (Midi) output to your chosen DAW and use that to host VST plugins.
