Parts staves
I am working on a Bach cantata. I want to create several different parts for the continuo group: one for the cello/bass/bassoon (without figures) and one for the keyboard. According to the handbook, I should be able to remove the treble staff of the keyboard part and leave just the bass line. When I try to do that, it always deletes the bottom staff. This seems like a bug to me.
Additionally I would like the full score to only display the bottom staff (with figures), but it seems both staves are treated as one instrument in terms of visibility.
Ideally, I would do this all without having to duplicate things. I'm on OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.5.5992, revision: 58dd23d.
I've attached a score with a part extracted where it removed the wrong staff. I've also attached a PDF of what the full score and parts should look like.

Click the staff you want to remove and click remove.

Yeah, that doesn't help when I also need to create a keyboard part that has that staff in it. I want to make the treble staff invisible in the full score, not remove it altogether.

You have to create 2 one staff instruments so you can make the staves independently invisible. The only problem with this is that you can't use cross staff notation, but it sounds like that won't be a problem.
