The file Akkorde.mscz was created in Musescore V. 2.
When I open it in Version 3, all graphics are missing.
You can see the correct desing in Akkorde.pdf

Also the chord symbols moved up a staff (visually), MuseScore 3 ignores the y-offset of 10, probably due to autoplace and the fact that these had in fact been added to the upper staff.
The missing pictures seem at first glance to be an old one where images attached to rests were not being imported correctly. I thought this had been fixed long ago (during beta?). I guess we need to look again.
Apparently so, copy/paste one of those images onto a note in MuseScore 2 and it 'survives' the import into MuseScore 3
So a duplicate of #278169: Images attached to rests not imported from MuseScore 2 (which never got fixed)
