After the update, MuseScore 3.0.5. does not start, because there is no dll file.

Installed a new version of the program MuseScore 3.0.5.
After installation, I launched the program and a message appeared about the error.
The program can not start because there is no (api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll.) file.
I have Windows 8.1 64-bit.
The previous version of the program MuseScore 2.4. works well.
Please fix this problem.

You need to install some MIcrosoft MSVC runtime patch. Search this site ot the internet for that dll
