Send score tempo clock over USB

A few hours ago, I asked in General Discussion for advice about using JACK Audio Server to sync a drum machine to my score's tempo. ( JACK Audio Server for MIDI clock output? )
I didn't mention Start & Stop signals; simply an error of omission on my part.
I did, however, mention that I'm reluctant to install JACK.
So, my feature request is primarily to be able to send MIDI clock sync signal from MuseScore, and also if it wouldn't over-complicate matters, the related MIDI start & stop messages.
