Writing for Alternate Tunings on Guitar

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to tab out a song by Plini in a quite outlandish tuning (Drop C#/Drop Db) and I started to notice that, by default, the tabs and the treble staff refer to a guitar in standard tuning. I wanted to know if there's any way around this because I'm a musician learning progressive rock and math rock, which has so many of these alternate tunings.
