Playback not playing in the right spot?

Hello there,
So I currently working on a piece right now, but whenever I click on the note I want the playback to start, it will start and then randomly hold a note in a random measure further in the piece. I am using version 3.0.5.5992. Is this a glitch that will be fixed in an update?
