How can I translate for the whole website?

Hi, I'm a contributive translator in MuseScore Society and I'm using Muse's Chinese (Simplified) Homepage, while there are a lot of outdating and unnatural translated contents.
So far, I can do translation with most sub-pages (e.g. Handbook), but I can't do anything with the homepage or download page. Could the admin of the website give me jurisdiction to improve the website's translation better? (If possible)

For the download page open check https://musescore.org/zh-hans/download and that Blue "Translate page" in the bottom right corner. Same fort the home page at https://musescore.org/zh-hans. There you can translate most of the strings used on those pages. Indeed different from translating the handbook...

Sorry, but I can’t see any “translate page”. Do you mean the button in the red circle(see the attached photo)?
This is the bottom of download page in Simplified Chinese
The button in the photo isn’t what I’m looking for.
Or could you point out the link for me?
