Feature Request: Add glabal staff line distance in "Style" setting
Please consider adding a staff line distance setting in the "Style" (e.g. under "Page") settings to effect all staves, globally. Currently, one has to right click on each additonal staff to change the line distance. I am aware that I could create a template. However, being able to change line distance globally on the fly would much easier. Thanks.

It's not global, but it's not as quite bad as you say. You can show staff properties on the top staff, make the change you want, click Apply, then click the down arrow in the bottom left corner of staff properties, change the setting for the second staff, click apply and so on until you have changed all of them. Like I said, not global but not as bad.

Thanks for the tip. I hadn't used the arrows in Staff Properties before.
To which end do you create this non-standard score style? Changing the staff line distance on just a staff results in floating notes in between them and a bunch of things not scaling along.
Are you sure you're not actually looking for the scaling setting in Style → Page Settings ?

See initial bug report, which is now fixed, for the application of adjusting line spacing--in this case, giving some breathing space around the notes on percussion staves (e.g., single line), my esthetic preference. If changing the line distance of standard staves skews other elements that need to be readjusted, then perhaps having a global settings wouldn't work so well. However, I haven't notice any issues so far with percussion staffs.
#288976: Bug: Stems too long when line distance increased on staffs with less than five lines.
