Repositioning Measure Starts

Hello all,
I have some MIDI files that were created in another program and should have been started with pick-up measures. Instead, full measures start right at the beginning. Is there any way I can fix this with MuseScore, so that the part that should be a pick-up measure actually IS a pick-up measure?
I'm including as a reference one of the files in question. I'd prefer for the first full measure to start at the E4.
