As with attached score, for bar 35 beat 1 stave 1, there is a grace note A5. After clicking in the inspector “Chord” -> “Small”, the beam gets the placement and shape as captured.

I take it you are referring to the slash through the stem - there is no beam on the grace note? As far as I can tell, this only applies to grace notes that are also made small (or, if the grace note size is made small enough Format / Style / Sizes). The calculation of the slash position is based on the end of the stem, and if the stem gets too short, the slash indeed gets closer to the notehead. Probably we should also enforce a minimum distance to notehead. Meanwhile, the slash can be adjusted normally (edit mode or Inspector).

I included a new picture. I the Pallete by the grace note i highlighted the the line i am revering to.
in the score i highliighted the gracenote wehere the line is missing.
Entirely different issue, and by design, see #323718: Grace notes get added without slur. The icon has the slur, if you want that in the score too, just add it. Yuo've been told it there already.
