I downloaded drumline, but MDL Shows only "basic" and "advanced". Besides, upstart is very slow after installing.

slowdown, it's impossible to help you when you keep changing things.
Revert to factory setting should have undid the MDL install but n should still toggle note input. What version of MuseScore and what operating system do you have?

This picture does not show MuseScore after a factory reset. Use Help->Revert to factory settings and say "Yes" when it asks if you're sure and see if this help with your issues.

ok, -what is this blue thing right side ?does this Picture show a correct setup, no reset necessary ? I am working on a project and do not want to spend more time on this, if avoidable, but have a correctly working programme. Like everybody else, I guess...

That "blue thing right side" looks like you have the background color set to blue.
To change it use menu item Edit -> Preferences... and click on the 'Background' color bar to change the color.

The picture very clearly shows you did not do a factory reset. The blue background is one clue, another is the fact that your file operations toolbar is missing and your playback toolbar is at the bottom of your screen rather than the top. Another is that you are still showing the MDL workspace in the palettes window. Again, if you want to get everything back to normal, please do Help / Revert to Factory Settings.
The slow startup is normal, the huge soundfont needs to get loaded.
