Activate mixer panel via View. Note I have tried this on 3 different monitors thinking it might be a compatibility problem but same on all 3 monitors. The mixer displays but is vertically to large for the screen. Cannot get to the lower part of the mixer, i.e. the sliders even if you press show/hide details....

I don't know if there's an open issue for this, but there needs to be one if not.
To reach the bottom of the mixer you can click the triangle circled in the picture below to make the mixer smaller as needed.
