MDL Snare Playback Has Unwanted Accents
Version of MuseScore: 3.1.0.7078
Operating System: Windows 10
When using the new drumline extension, I found that when listening to it, it would play accents that I didn't put in, generally on the downbeat. In other instruments, maybe this would be helpful, but it can be quite a distraction with the snare line.
How to reproduce:
1) Create a new file with the MDL Snare Line as the instrument.
2) Create a 4:4 measure filled entirely with normal "hits" as they are called, all of them 16th notes.
3) Listen to the playback, and hear the accents that shouldn't be there.
Workaround:
This is a regression, because when using the marching snare drum patch, the 16th notes don't have any unwanted accents.
File Below:
In the file below, I have a countoff, followed by the 16th notes, using the MDL Snare Line. I then have the marching snare play the same thing. The entire recording is then repeated, with diddles on all of the 16th notes.
What it should do when fixed:
I suggest that when fixed, the MDL snare line's 16th notes sound even, and don't have any extra accents, as the marching snare does.

My belief is that this is intentional, that there is some randomness ("round robin", actually) built in for more realism. Maybe it goes too far?

i think it def goes too far. or maybe it should have the ability to choose, perfectly consistent note to note, or realness version

So far this issue has still not been resolved. It's twofold now because sometimes playback sounds normal and very consistent note to note. However, sometimes something just happens and all of a sudden the weird over accented variations come back and it becomes almost impossible to hear any playback that is helpful in the writing process.
