copying measures
Instead of using the Coda, I want to just copy the music so I don't have to turn pages back and forth. How do you copy several measures?

Select a range, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/copy-and-paste
In version 3.1, write it with codas repeats and everything. When it's right use Tools->Unroll repeats and a new score tab will open with everything written out. No need to worry about time or key changes not being copied.
