[BUG] Export parts to midi outputs empty midi files
With OS: macOS Mojave (10.14), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.1.0.22425, revision: e26f7c4
It seems that exporting parts to midi is completely broken. Most of the .mid files are exactly 122 bytes in length and contain nothing visible when re-opened in Musescore. Occasionally a part does contain notes.
I've tried with multiple of my compositions and even with a completely vanilla file, adding instruments and notes and exporting these.

Known issue, see #289890: Exporting parts from a score does not produce correct MIDI, MP3, WAV, OGG, and FLAC files., fixed in 3.2, due shortly

Ah, sorry, I searched for "export parts" and I didn't seem to find that post...
