Seperate Dynamics For 2 Staffed Instruments

As far as I know, there is no way to have separate dynamics for different clefs in a single instrument. For example what if I wanted to have a piano piece where the melody on the treble clef is played at fortissimo while the baseline is played softly at mezzo-piano. I feel like adding this will enable people to have more emotional style when writing for piano and other 2-staffed instruments like marimba.
