I was just checking if it was there. Turns out Shakuhachi is not listed as an Instrument but if you go to the mixer and change the instrument sound there it is!
Interesting omission from the list of instruments.
Please request it be added in the issue tracker. Set the severity as S4-minor and include which clef is used and it's range. If there are special techniques to extend the range, put the extended range in the professional range. Also mention that the sound is included in the standard soundfont. This will allow you to add it to scores without having to recreate the instrument every time you use it.
