technical glitch

Musescore is having a technical glitch. Please help me know what to do. At the top I normally click on "Format", then "Page Settings" and a drop down menu appears. That drop down menu is not appearing. Rather another "MU" is appearing at the bottom of the computer screen. When I click on it, there is an empty page that says "Page Setting" with no options to click on anything. How do we fix this?
Kind of urgent. I need to print my music and only need to change the side margins. I need Format to work in order for me to do that...
