Just downloaded new version and everything is huge

Okay, so I've tried searching around but am really confused how to fix this issue.

I just got a Surface Book 2 laptop with a 13.5 screen. Upon downloading, the boxes are huge. I adjusted them but the text is still very large so on the main window of the application . The score is fine, I know how to adjust that. But the tab to tell you what you're working on is large, the dropdowns up top (file, edit, etc.) are large, the palettes area all the text is large. I have uploaded a photo showing what I am talking about.

I've read something about a command prompt but I can't figure out how to use that. I just want to be able to use this more efficiently because I do a lot of arranging. It is really hard to with the current size of everything.
