Trill Sharp/Trill Flat/Trill Natural

To my knowledge, there is no way to make a trill ornament from the ornament pallette go to a note outside of the key signature. As an example, in the Mozart Oboe Concerto in C Major, there is one solitary trill that goes from E to F#, which is not in the key signature. I was able to somewhat get around this by inserting text and then inserting a sharp symbol as text through the F2 menu, but there's no convenient way to have a trill go to an out-of-key note with the symbol and have the playback do it.
