Change the master tuning in the middle of a song?
I am currently working on a composition that is tuned to A = 432 Hz. However, I want the piece to gradually "open up" into A = 444 Hz in a later section. In the latest version of Musescore, is there a way to do this without having to change the tuning of each individual note? I do apologize if this (or the lack thereof) is clearly highlighted somewhere and I'm just not observant enough to have noticed in my search for an answer. If it's not a feature, I believe this would be very nice to add.

No, not possible currently
Reference tuning of the synthesizer affects the full score.
Perhaps a plugin such as https://musescore.org/en/project/tunings-and-temperaments could help in retuning part of your score in a less laborious way?
For now, you can score two separate sections (the different tunings) and then:
For continuous listening, each section can be exported as an audio (e.g., wav, mp3) file, and then easily joined together in an audio editor program like Audacity.
