it is not possible to change the voice # of notes of tuplets.
In V2.3 there existed the same problem, additionally for notes that were tied to notes of the next/former bar (which is no more present in V3.2).
Would be fine to allow changing the voice #. Actually I see no way than completely delete the notes and re-insert manually.
The ideal solution would be that when selecting a note of a tuplet, a change of the voice # changes the complete tuplets in once.
