Make rate of hairpin velocity change more controllable from the inspector

Currently the hairpin inspector allows 5 methods for controlling the velocity change rate. This covers an interesting number of situations, but it would be interesting to include at least one parameter for the exponential method allowing a more detailed control of the velocity envelope shape.
