audio popping when recording desktop audio.

I use a lot musescore and I love it. I am trying to make streams while composing or arranging music but when I start to record (with OBS or Lightstream) the musescore audio starts to pop a lot... This doesn't happen with another programs so I think there is a problem with musescore.

I am using mac and the latest version of musescore.
