Audio flickers

Hi, recently my playback sound has completely blown up. The audio is flickery there's a lot of static and even frequency problems. Nothing will fix this! I have the latest version (3.2.3.7635), I've tried some settings, and it's definitely not the hardware because every other software works just fine. Does anyone have the same problems?
