Unable to open settings

Hello,

I am using musescore 3.2.3 (the most recent version).
Unfortunately I'm unable to open the settings. When trying to open the settings via the edit context menu the application does nothing and I can't click anything. After hitting esc two times it works well again but it didn't display the settings.
What do you need, to solve this problem?
