Stems/beams set to auto direction if all rests in voices other than voice 1 are deleted

Oh, yes, stems.
It's funny though that beams get a direction option in the inspector but stems don't.

I'd love to but a quick browse tells me it's not easy... you have to change .ui files, inspector.cpp, ui_inspector_stem/chord.h, probably something else, and get a thorough study of how Qt and its interaction with C++ works :O
Issue created at #294054: Enable direction change in stem's inspector UI. And I'll see if I can come down to it later...
