Entering lyric on lines that only sing those words in the third, fourth and fifth lines.

Had to put words from a lyric already typed into only the third, fourth and fifth verses. Using edit and Ctrl-L wasn't working, neither was hitting the note and using "Add" for text and lyric, and neither was using the Inspector working.
Found that double clicking on word in measure before and hitting space bar worked.
