When you delete notes, all of the articulations and staff text attached to them are deleted also, so the best answer is no. To delete chords only, shoichi's select all similar methods work.
Which brings the question; what are you hoping to achieve?
Why are you trying to delete all notes, but possibly not some things attached to them?

Now that Musescore plays chord symbols, it would be very handy while composing to hear the chords without hearing the melody and visa versa. Since it seems unlikely that you will want to redesign the mixer, the work around would be to copy everything to an additional part and then delete what you don't want to hear.

You can mute the normal notes or the chord symbols in the mixer.

Make sure to expand the mixer track of the instrument using that arrow button on it to reveal the separate harmony fader for it.

Several reasons: you want to write an additional verse with a different melody but the same chords.
You want to write a counterpoint line for an additional instrument
You want to write out improvisation ideas
