Time Signatures Not Working
When I closed and reopened this project, the time signatures were gone (aside from the first time sig) and I can't re-add them. This hasn't ever happened before and it's only happening on this MS file and any files that I create from this file. This project was the first time I've changed the time signature sizes in MS, so maybe that has something to do with it?
EDIT: The issue is replicable on any file. It occurs when changing the size of all time signatures in a score via the Set as Style (S) button in the inspector, then closing and reopening the score. It does not happen when changing by using Select -> All Similar Elements.
EDIT 2: Just found it in the issue tracker:

Click on the initial (visible) 4/4 time signatrure.
In the Inspector, click on the 'S' button next to where you scaled the Time Signature.
The other time signatures will appear.

So that worked...until I closed and reopened the file again. This time, the initial time sig is also gone.
I opened the backup file and changed the first time sig to the default proportions (X: 1, Y:1) then reset the style, and now it's fine.
I replicated the issue in another score and the same thing happened. However, if I select all time sigs via Select -> All Similar Elements, then change the size, then it works fine. It seems that Musescore isn't gonna let me change the size of my time signatures with the Set as Style feature. Not a huge deal now that it's figured it out, but I think this still counts as a bug.
You somehow managed to set the time signature style to be very small (0 : 1.4), the 1st though was set to larger than normal, (changing that from "1.1 : 1.2" to 'normal' settings (1 : 1) and then) setting this as the style (pressing that S button next to it) fixed the other timesigs.

If that's what is actually happening, I have no idea how. It must be a bug since it is replicable in other scores. It only happens when I change the style with the Set as Style (S) button in the inspector. And it only seems to be happening with time signatures.
