Date or version

Hello In writing cadences, I make a lot of mistakes. I correct them and save them. I would like to know if is it possible with version 3.2 to add a date or a version number which would automatically increase upon closing with save changes. At the moment I can put the date in the title when I use save as but not when I just agree to the changes which happens very quickly sometimes. :-)) thank you
