Don't know why I can't see staff, Musescore 3
I added a second instrument and it is marked visible, but I can't see it, and I don't know why.

You have activated 'Hide empty staves within systems' in Format -> Style -> Score.
Because it is empty, and you have "Hide empty staves" turned on in Format / Style / Score.
