Account Verification
I have signed up for the free trial several times, my PayPal account has been accepted (i even used a credit card on one occasion). yet every time I try to download a new score, it says that I am not a PRO member. Yet my PayPal account has acknowledged the automatic payment.
I also want to make sure that I am NOT charged more than once.
How do I fix this?
