musescore app

hello I wrote a score on ms3 on my laptop. when I sent it online and downloaded on my iphone, all the flats and sharps from my figured bass where changed to question marks
I am using win 7 or 10 (2 laptops) , I have an Iphone6, I did not install or uninstalled any fonts. I am using musescore 3, I just reset to factory setting, reload my score, opened it on my iphone and the question tags are still there. up to now I did not have any issues. Thank you for your help

All I can say is: yes it looks OK in the MuseScore progrem (here on Windows 7) and online on musescore.com but no, it does not look OK in the mobile app (here on Android). The latter needs to get reported on/to musescore.com, either to support@musescore.com or on the groups for the mobile apps, https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-android/ and https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios/

There's nothing we here at musescore.org can do about it.
