A technical question
Hi, Gang!!!
As you know, I use MuseScore 3.2.3 in Ubuntu Studio (64 bits Linux).
I'm using Jack Audio Service, now, and I don't have had any important problem with this.
BUT... I wonder... Why the MuseScore mixer has a box called: "Port", if it seems to not work at all? ???
I mean, whatever the number we put in that box... We always have only one output port from MuseScore to the Jack system.
So...
I know it is not something relevant to the main target of the software (which, as we know, is the aesthetic final paper printing of the scores). But...
If that box made some additional physical output ports from MuseScore, we could put each individual port into different audio output channels (surround sound) and/or different external MIDI instruments.
Well, I will hope some "Light" about this.
Blessings and Greetings from Chile!!!
