Exercises numberings and extra margin for the first system
Well, I'm not pretty sure of my english, so I post also in french:
retrait du premier système : je voudrais l'obtenir pour les numéros
d'exercice -- impossible de trouver comment.
I'd like to obtain a extra margin for the first line of exercises. Currently I divide the score in exercises using the section break and rehearsal marks for the numbering. How can I have this numbering into this extra margin?
I can obtain the margin with an horizontal frame but it's not simple nor regular and it's impossible -- I think -- to put the marks into the frame.

Insert frames, add text to those

For the same settings on all the frames, right click a frame and choose Select>All similar items. Change the settings in the inspector and all of the frames will be exactly the same. I'm not aware of a way to make this apply to new frames.
Insert rehearsal marks inside a frame? You can't insert a rehearsal mark in a frame, but you can attach it to the first note of the next measure and move it inside the frame if it's important for it to be an actual rehearsal mark. You can hold down the alt key when you first start to move the rehearsal mark and auto placement will turn off if this is a problem. If you are only concerned with it being a letter with a rectangle frame that's bold and 18pt font then add the text and change the options for that text in the inspector.

You could also consider adding the numbers as frame text within the horizonal frame rather than as rehearsal marks. This could simplify the process of getting consistent positioning, although in theory you probably can get that with rehearsal marks if you are clever enough with your style settings (hint: try right-aligned, otherwise the position will depend on the presence of clef, key, and time signature).
