Note stem direction etc.

I‘d like to edit my notes that it is like in the screenshot which I uploaded with with question. How can I do it?

The problem isn‘t only the stem direction but also the place where the notes for the right hand are.
The first three notes are played with the left hand, the next three with the right, the next three with the left again, etc.
