Can't create scores
i click on the ""choose a musescore file" button there's no window popped out to ask me which files to drop. when finally i've got the file dropped i click on the "upload a score" button - it won't budge. i've filled in everything, no blank spaces, but nothing happens.

Are you talking about creating scores (which is done with the MuseScore program you install onto your computer) or uploading a score you've already created (presumably uploading to the score sharing website musescore.com)? Creating a score as mentioned requires you to sue the MuseScore program you install on your computer, and it has no "choose a measure file" button - it has a "File" menu, and a "New" command on it, and that's how you create a score. Once you've created your score, you can indeed upload it to msuescore.com. The easiest way is just to use File / Save Online from within MuseScore, but you can also do it directly from musescore.com. if you're having trouble with that, best to ask for help over there on that website (e.g., in the "Improving MuseScore.com" group).

Hello. I have downloaded the app Musescore on my pc but it doesn't show where I can make a score. It says on google that it's on the top left but it doesn't show anything. Please help me. This is for my music class but I can't do music without music.

Hello,
maybe it would help to read the first chapters of the handbook, especially "Note Input"

Do be sure you really have downloaded the actual MuseScore notation software, though, and not for instance the mobile app (which would happen if your "pc" is actually a Chromebook) or the web app (which you'd get if you tried installing the MuseScore website rather than the software itself).
If you have installed the MuseScore notation software, the top left of the window should look like this:
It's the "N" icon towards the top left of this screen shot you can click to begin note input.
