Change fault text font and size
In MuseScore, I want to set the font for my lyrics, chord names and other text in preferences and/or for each file. MuseScore fails to learn my choices sans some sort of intervention (maybe witchcraft).
Please tell me whether and how I can set my font and size of it so that MuseScore remembers my choice?

Font settings are part of of the style for the score. So, make a chang ein Inspector, then hit the "Set as style" button (icon "S"), or use Format / Style / Text Styles. You can then either save a score to your Tempaltes folder so it's available to be used as such for future scores in File / New, or use Format / Save Style to save an MSS file that can be loaded into existing scores. You can also specify an MSS file to be used for all new scores by default in Edit / Preferences / Score.
