Sorry for such a simple question, but: how does one add a sf or fz? I find no reference to it in any of the menus, palettes or Help manual.

If I understand your question, search for "sound".

No, I'm afraid you've misunderstood: I'm looking for sf or fz or sfz as in "sforzando" or "forzato"--indicating a strong accent on a particular note (it's found all over Beethoven's music, for ex.)
