full iOS musescore possibility within five years?

I'm not a developer, but found it interesting that the line might be blurring between Mac apps and iOS apps: https://www.cultofmac.com/607742/apple-plans-merge-ios-macos-apps-by-20…

What are the chances that full desktop musescore might come to iPhone and iPad in the next few years with relatively little developer effort? Or would there be a situation like in Windows where an app might be in the pan-Windows store but it was always desktop-only?

If I'm reading that correctly, what they are talking about might help make the current iPad app run on macOS, but does nothing to help the macOS program run on iOS.

Meanwhile, five years is a long time, and clearly there is demand so I'll go out on a limb and guess, completely unofficially and based on nothing more than gut feel, 50% chance an iPad and/or Android editor will exist by then. Check in again in 2024 and we'll see how I did :-)

Thank you Marc -- I feel bad because I've given you so much grief about not supporting mobile. That isn't fair to the developers who donated countless hours to make such an impressive and powerful desktop app. Even the big tech companies have expended tremendous resources to bridge the mobile-desktop divide with limited success because it's a really complex problem. Meanwhile I'll stay tuned!
