If you want to transpose and not just change the key signature, don't change the key signature directly, instead use Tools / Transpose, which transposes the notes and key signature together.

Thanks Mark,
Tried that and it didn't work.
But have now found Quick tips on Youtube which tells you to use Ctrl A to select, something omitted by official online help.
So, happy, and thanks for getting back.
Cheers, Jim

Well, it works on whatever you have selected, and if you have literally nothing selected, it selects the whole score for you. So probably you had something selected the first time you tried. But it’s good to be in the habit of the Ctrl+A anyhow.
If your purpose is to change the key of a song, then transpose is the tool to use. If you want to see the correct keys for the Flute, Clarinet and Sax, then make sure the concert pitch button is not pressed and you will see the transposed keys for all instruments.
