Cloning frames and texts to all pages (original post!)

It would be nice to have the ability to automatically clone the frames and text created on a page, to the next page or pages. If I add two horizontal frames and add two big stupid looking brackets:

(I have unchecked View>Show Frames so you don't see the dotted outline of them.)
the next page should carry over the frames and text in the frames. But it doesn't, as seen here:

This is needed for unusual instrument layouts as found in Varese's Ionisation and other works.
It's also good to have when you want to space or position the instrument names differently than the default.
