How to open menus?
I feel very stupid, but I don't know how to open the menus that leads to view->palettes. I am on a mac. Also, where did the Palette manager go and how do I get it back?

You need to click on the triangle to the left of the palette names
Palette manager is in the top right corner now in the toolbar
On a Mac, the menus are normally at the very top of your screen, not necessarily connected to the program window itself.
