Check the cables, follow the instructions https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/note-input#midi-keyboard
in particular start MuseScore after the keyboard is switched on.
Click on the I/O tab and select your device under the section labeled "MIDI input".
Provide more information (OS, MuseScore version, etc.)
