Could you guide me if it is possible to add more drum parts to the drum palette?

The instructions are located at https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/drum-notation#edit-drumset.
Some important things to keep in mind. You must know which sound is assigned to which channel. The GM soundfonts that MuseScore uses are listed at https://www.midi.org/specifications-old/item/gm-level-1-sound-set and there is a percussion section on that page. For example, acoustic snare is sound #38.
When you add text to the name section, the instrument is added to the drum palette, when the text is deleted it is removed. You may give any sound any name you want, so if you want to name the snare drum tambour it will not affect playback.
