How would I transpose from treble flute which is in treble clef to euphonium which is bass clef.

If neither is a transposing intrument (which I don't know and am too lazy to check), just drag the bass clef into the staff, then select the entire staff and move down the notes an octave or 2, using shift-arrowdown
Or just do a rightclicl. staff properties, and Change the intrument, this will get transposition right (but not the octave and I'm not sure about the clef, but you'd see soon enough)
