Project
Use Segno/ToCoda/Coda (rename the labels): playback is incorrect 100% of the time (never jumps to segno)
Save and reopen: tocoda/coda labels are randomly changed
Turn automatic placement off on voltas and position manually, save and reopen: gives random placement in Y
Enter a score adding measures along the way: end of song is never reached
Put frames around segno/tocoda/coda/ etc, save and reopen: lines thicknesses randomly change (sometimes to 0), rectangles become squares randomly
Not playing back with the correct jumps makes the program unusable

To Coda, Coda 1 and Coda 2 had wrong types (not To Coda or Coda) and names. The 2 2nd voltas were too long, they covered the jumps.
It surely is not a blocker, it doesn't prevent you from using MuseScore for its core usage: writing a score.
On trying to reproduce this, I noticed that when using the mouse while it is over the inspector, it may change values, even though the item in question is not selected. This may account for the unexpected changes in the frames around tocoda/coda et.
Still, the jumps (D.S. al Coda) do not work, which is the main issue.
Which in the current form of that score, is by design and not a blocker at all. And you're the first and only to report this, so Frequency is Once.
And please don't reintroduce mulktiple typos into the issue title...
These inadvertant changes of those jump markers' types though seems a bug indeed
But that in turn is a duplicate of your #291349: Marker Types and names of Coda & ToCoda get messed up
Other than that: one problem per issue only please
I've tried some experiments: exporting the xml, then opening the xml and start playback on that. All the jumps labels are changed, and additionally the last D.S. al Coda is changed to D.S. al Fine, even thought there is no Fine in the score. The playback now correctly handles the first D.S. al Coda. I changed the second one manually, and it at first played back correctly. After changing label-names and text, and saving the file, it failed again. After some more fiddling with names, all of a sudden it started working again. I attach the working file, because it may help you to figure out what the difference is between a working and a failing one.
And apologies for not having read your earlier replies
