Command lines aren't specific to MuseScore, they are something that can apply to any program on your computer. So for really good explanations, best to do a general web search for info on using the command line for your particular OS (eg, Windows, macOS). But a brief summary can be found in the Handbook for MuseScore - just got to Online Handbook from the Help menu in MuseScore, then search for Command line options. What you will want is "-D xxx", where you will replace the xxx with whatever the resolution of your monitor is in DPI. Normally MsueScore can figure that out all by itself, but in some cases - like TV sets connected by VGA and a few other special cases - it can fail, with the result being everything either too big or too small.
